PURPOSE OF WARRANTY

This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser. An original or a copy of the receipt from the original authorized BLOM retailer is required for warranty coverage. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from online auction sites. Blom products are legitimately sold only by authorized retailers who are required to follow BLOM's policies, procedures and quality control standards. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS THE END PURCHASER MAY HAVE UNDER THE LAW. 

 

SCOPE OF COVERAGE AND WARRANTY PERIOD

BLOM, 29 Rue de Belfort 33000 Bordeaux France. (e-mail blomoriginal.groupe@gmail.com), warrants this product (the "Product") to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the life of the Product, determined by BLOM to be two years.

 

DAMAGES NOT COVERED

Normal wear and tear of the Product; damage caused by misuse, neglect, mishandling, accident, or bad use; damage caused by use of the Product other than as intended; damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance; damage to a modified or altered Product; and damage to any device other than the Product, including, but not limited to, damage to a device used in conjunction with the Product.

 

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A CLAIM UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

 Warranty claims must be made directly to BLOM. The Product must be returned to BLOM, 29 Rue de Belfort 33000 Bordeaux France by a means of shipment that allows for traceability, accompanied by the receipt of the original purchase as well as your name, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses. If the Product is found to have a defect covered by the warranty, BLOM will, at its sole discretion, repair the defect or provide you with a replacement product within 30 days. BLOM is not responsible for Products damaged or lost during shipment to BLOM. The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to BLOM as well as any customs fees, including but not limited to taxes, duties, and fees. BLOM assumes the cost of return shipping of the replaced or repaired product.

 

SOLE REMEDY FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim covered by this Limited Warranty is set forth herein. BLOM reserves the right to send you a replacement product of the same or similar style or an equivalent that may not be of the same type (subject to availability). Replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis only. Replacement Products are covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the applicable warranty period of the original Product (in addition to any other rights you may have under law).

 

LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOM MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND SPECIFICALLY LIMITS TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE GOOD QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND ITS APPROPRIATENESS TO A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOM, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES TO ANY DEVICE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PRODUCT. IF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, OR IS NOT APPLICABLE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES YOU MAY INCUR FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BLOM AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
